Where can I shop threetimes products?
threetimes is sold exclusively at threetimes333.com.
How can I cancel my order?
We strive to ship your order as quickly as possible. Therefore, changes or cancellations may be difficult after your order has been placed. If you wish to make a request, please email us at customerservice@threetimes333.com with your order number, and we will assist you if possible.
Can I change my shipping address?
Shipping addresses cannot be changed. We will only ship to the shipping address entered when the order was originally placed.
When will pre-order items be shipped?
Orders containing pre-order items will be shipped together once all items are ready. The estimated shipping date for each product is listed on the product detail page. If you prefer to receive pre-order items separately, we recommend placing separate orders.

When will my order be shipped?
Please allow 1-3 business days for processing before orders ship from our warehouse.
Shipping will begin once all items in your order are ready including pre-order or personalized/customized items.
During new collection drop or promotion periods, increased order volume may cause delays in shipment.
What are the shipping fees and methods for domestic orders (South Korea)?
We offer free shipping on all orders over ₩70,000 in South Korea.
For orders under ₩70,000, a shipping fee of ₩3,000 will be applied.
Domestic orders will be shipped via Korea Post.
If you prefer partial shipping, additional shipping fees will apply.
Do you offer international shipping?
International customers can shop our website in your local currency by selecting the country from the dropdown menu at the bottom. We offer Express shipping via DHL.

What is your return policy?
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Products marked Final Sale cannot be returned.
All sale items (including flash sale items), underwear, swimwear, earrings, socks are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

How do I make a domestic (South Korea) return?
Please click the 'create a return' button in your order history and provide the order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. You can also initiate a return via the chat button at the bottom of the website or by emailing customerservice@threetimes333.com. Once your return is approved, we will arrange a pickup to the original shipping address and send you a notification via Kakaotalk message or SMS.
How do I make an international return?
Please click the 'create a return' button in your order history and provide the order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. You can also initiate a return via the chat button at the bottom of the website or by emailing customerservice@threetimes333.com. Once your return is approved, we will send you a shipping label via email.
Return shipping and reverse duties are the responsibility of the customer.
Can I request an exchange?
At this time we are not able to offer exchanges. We recommend requesting a return for the item you'd like to return and placing a new order for the item.
How will the refund be processed?
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at customerservice@threetimes333.com.

How do I receive a back in stock alert?
If you select an out-of-stock item, you can click 'Notify me when available' to sign up for a restock alert. Once the item is restocked, you will receive a notification via email. Restocked items will also be announced on Instagram <3
How do I check the detailed size of the product?
We provide a size guide with measurements of the product. You can check the size guide by clicking the 'size' button on the product detail page.

what is 333 village?
333 village is the name of threetimes's loyalty & reward program. Collect Points with every purchase and use it to unlock discounts and special perks on your next shopping trip.
How do I join?
Click join now button on the 333 village page to get started. You will then be prompted to log-in to your threetimes account or create an account.
Can international customers also join the 333 village?
Yes, it is possible. If a reward is specified in KRW, it will be automatically converted to the corresponding currency. However, please note that some rewards may not be available for international customers.
How do I earn points?
You earn 1 point for every ₩1,000 you spend on qualified purchases, minus discounts, returns, taxes, and fees. You can also earn points by completing tasks described on the 333 village page.

I left a review, but I haven't received the points yet.
Only verified reviews are eligible to earn points. This means that you must leave your review using the verified link that was sent to you via email after purchasing the item(s) through threetimes333.com to receive points.
If you have already written a review on the site, please request verification through chat or email.
How is my tier assigned?
Membership tier is determined by the total accumulated points after registration.
Tier changes occur immediately once the required points for a specific tier are reached. Once a tier is achieved, it will not be downgraded.
Please note that tier welcome points don't contribute to the total points required for progressing to a higher tier.
How do I redeem points?
You can get coupons or free products by redeem points on the 333 village page.
Do my rewards or points expire?
Points expire if you have not earned or redeemed any points within the last 12 months. for rewards expiration, please check the disclaimer.
What rewards do I get for referring a friend to threetimes?
Both you and your friend can receive a 10% discount coupon. Your friend will receive the reward after signing up on our website, and you will receive the reward after your friend places an order. Copy the link at the bottom on the 333 village page and share it with your friend.
